At KPMG, you are surrounded by peers who all share your passion. In return for your extraordinary drive, courage and set of skills, we offer you a career in a learning environment with challenging and cutting-edge projects that change the future.

Do you want to
challenge the
existing? So do we.

We are pioneers at heart

KPMG’s extraordinary growth since our new beginning in 2014 clearly illustrates our courage to lead. In five years, we went from a few people to more than 700 employees exclusively through organic growth.

We are pioneers at heart, and we know that we can make a positive impact on both clients and society by having the courage to be different and by exploring new territories, working shoulder to shoulder with our clients.

We believe in more impact and less hierarchy by providing room and space for your professional and personal growth – your ambitions and dreams.

We acknowledge your solid results, your courage to voice your opinion and your dedication to take an active part in developing both KPMG and our clients’ business.

Pioneer at heart?
That’s why we want you.

Infused with technology

We are digital pioneers in our market. We can state this because of our exceptional teams who are all infused with technology and have innovation as part of their DNA. You will be part of a team that is constantly pushing boundaries to deliver high-quality services based on in-depth understanding of data and the impact it can make on our clients’ business.

There is another way.
Think about it.

At KPMG we do not just power old habits and processes. We invent new ones by turning traditional business areas upside down. We lead the technological development – not just follow the trend. You will experience this when working on our projects, which are among the most innovative and data-driven ones within our industry.

”With NewPractice, we are stepping into the age of AI. Where the existing use of Best Practice and Lean methods only allows for a gradual change, it does not enable the transformation that NewPractice processes bring. We must advance from current processes that are driven by people, supported by AI, to processes driven by AI, supported by people.”

– Bent Dalager, Partner and Head of Nordic NewTech

Our social engagement

To us, being a pioneer also means helping others achieve their dreams and goals. We have the power and skills to make a difference in our society and we have a strong presence offering free business counselling in start-up communities, non-profit organisations, schools and universities.

Mind Your Own Business

A great example of our social engagement is our partnership with the volunteer organisation Mind Your Own Business, which helps boys from vulnerable areas build their own micro-company. KPMG helped establish the programme in 2016 and we continue to increase our contribution by providing mentor teams and workshops. You, too, can become part of our mentor teams and help the participants both professionally and personally.

“With Mind Your Own Business, I feel that I can make a great difference for the boys and at the same time put my professional skills and experience to good use.”

– Niclas Friis Mahler, Manager & Mentor for Mind Your Own Business

To work at KPMG is to see the world through many different perspectives but still with a truly collaborative spirit. Our diverse and inclusive workforce is critical to our success. It defines how we work and who we are.

It means that we are all in this together, and we thrive working across functions and sharing knowledge with each other and our clients. Our agile organisation with a flat hierarchy encourages this culture.

The Balance Initiative

A core part of our overall Inclusion and Diversity strategy is to focus on improving gender balance and retention at all levels across the firm, thus ensuring we have a truly diverse and inclusive workplace. We have set up an employee-led community called The Balance Initiative. Their mission is to actively look at ways in which we will achieve this goal across a number of our key people areas such as recruitment, development, recognition and retention.

“Through the Balance Initiative, we will create a more inclusive and diverse workplace for current and future colleagues.”

– Pompoes Davey, Head of Inclusion & Diversity

KPMG is partnering with TechBBQ – the biggest start-up and innovation summit in Scandinavia. We are part of and host several activities in order to share knowledge and learn from some of the most innovative entrepreneurs and start-ups.

“TechBBQ helps broaden our scope on the digital agenda, so we can always share the latest and most cutting-edge developments in the area with our colleagues and clients.”

– Morten Høgh-Petersen, Partner – Audit
